Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Customer Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Multitasking, Problem solving and decision making, Working under pressure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Reservation Handling: Assist customers in making flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel reservations according to their preferences and requirements.
∎ 2) Ticketing: Issue and manage flight tickets, ensuring accurate information and adherence to booking policies.
∎ 3) Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding travel reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns via phone, email, or chat.
∎ 4) Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
∎ 5) Travel Information: Provide customers with up-to-date and accurate travel information, including flight schedules, airline policies, baggage allowance, visa requirements, and other relevant details.
∎ 6) Payment Processing: Handle payment processing for bookings, ensuring accuracy and security of financial transactions.
∎ 7) Collaboration: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure reservations and resolve customer issues.
∎ 8) Customer Feedback: Actively seek customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
∎ 9) Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and ticketing transactions.
∎ 10) Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and company policies to provide the most current information to customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
