গ্রাহকদের ইনকামিং কল রিসিভ ও প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান
গ্রামীণফোনের বিভিন্ন সেবা, প্যাকেজ ও অফার সম্পর্কে তথ্য দেওয়া
গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ, সমস্যা ও প্রশ্নের সমাধান করা
কাস্টমারদের তথ্য যাচাই ও সিস্টেমে আপডেট করা
পেশাদার আচরণের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা
কল সেন্টারের নীতিমালা মেনে কাজ করা
