Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional university student to engage with visitors and customers at Jheel Maestria and collect valuable feedback about their experience. The role involves approaching customers, conducting short surveys or interviews, recording responses accurately, and helping improve customer satisfaction through quality feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Politely approach customers and visitors to request feedback.

  • Conduct brief customer satisfaction surveys and review collection activities.

  • Encourage customers to share honest opinions about their experience.

  • Record customer feedback accurately using forms, tablets, or mobile applications.

  • Ensure all collected information is complete and properly documented.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

  • Submit daily feedback reports to the supervisor.

  • Follow company guidelines regarding customer interaction and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program.

  • Female candidate preferred for this role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in speaking with people.

  • Ability to work independently and professionally in a public environment.

  • Basic smartphone and data-entry skills.

  • Fluent in Bangla; English communication skills are an advantage.
