Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and guide the customer care and patient service team.

· Ensure a smooth process for patient admission, billing, and discharge.

· Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.

· Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to enhance service delivery.

· Maintain service quality standards and monitor patient satisfaction levels.

· Train and develop staff on communication and service protocols.
