∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management, Technical Support, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Analyst, Business Process, Cloud Platform, CRM, Project Management, System Analyst, Web Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning & design, support, maintenance, configuration, IT process & policy development, training, help documentation, research & development, management and operation of the IT systems and services.
∎ The successful applicant will have significant experience in achieving success in IT, System Admin, Web and Digital projects within complex organisations.
∎ Study and gather a clear understanding of the business and regulatory requirements for business rules.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the cloud based cognitive Field Services Support System and mobile app platform.
∎ Regularly incorporate change requirements (from internal stakeholders) and regulatory updates into the system as needed.
∎ Restructure the operation within the CRM (Dataforce & Hubspot) with latest regulatory/industry changes/updates and integrate changes into the technical platform.
∎ Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
∎ Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights.
∎ Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that's always up and running.
∎ Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, updates, and achievements.
∎ Forecast upcoming requirements and should be able to submit proposal to management.
∎ Communicate with vendors, suppliers, Service Providers for new requirements, current solution, Warranty Claim, AMC and troubleshoot purpose.
∎ Preserve IT assets and maintaining proper documentations for Regular System Operation, Purchase, Approvals, Changes, Incident reports etc.
∎ Document System Requirement Specification (SRS) and the associated business rules, conditions, workflows, use cases etc.
∎ Work closely with developers to coordinate and explain specification and business rules and able to provide tasks and work.
∎ Perform service administration tasks, including user/group administration, configuration, troubleshooting, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
∎ Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
∎ Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
∎ Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
∎ Work and able to coordinate closely with end users and stakeholders to troubleshoot and provide solutions and provide inputs and feedback to the corresponding vendor(s) for any issues or bottlenecks.
∎ Work with the business users to demonstrate system changes to validate all relevant business needs are addressed.
∎ Provide presentation, analysis and feedback to management and development team whenever required.
