Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be selected for this role, you must have previous experience working in an international call centre campaign.
∎ Assist HR team to recruit telemarketing agents.
∎ Provide training, grooming and mentoring.
∎ Manage rosters to ensure enough number of agents available for the shift.
∎ Prepare resources and make sure all types of equipment are functioning and ready.
∎ Team management.
∎ Ensure all members are achieving their KPI.
∎ Attention to details.
∎ You must have an intermediate level of computer skill.
Salary:

∎ Salary depends on previous experience
