∎ Crew Members working in fast food shops are responsible for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness. Crew Member duties are greeting customers, taking orders, answering to inquiries, preparing dining areas, ensuring quality control, and cleaning cooking utensils.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
∎ Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
∎ Work closely to prepare fast foods while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements as per training which will be provided
∎ Use specific kitchen machinery
∎ Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils
∎ Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
∎ Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
∎ Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a dress code.
∎ Assembling and packing food orders in carry-out containers and bags
∎ Taking customer orders via telephone and mobile apps as required
∎ Ensuring Quality Control
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
