∎ Bachelor / Master in Accounting or Commerce from a recognized institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update credit management policies with Management of Labaid.
∎ Build and train a 3- member Credit Management team.
∎ Round the clock monitoring of all credits, discounts or waivers extended to the customers from all Labaid units.
∎ Follow-up with customers and referring persons to regularly realize receivables.
∎ Regularly achieve the target of credit realization rates set by the Management.
∎ Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on credit status, realization and strategy for improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 8 to 10 years' experience for Hospital or Diagnostic company in Billing Department
∎ Excellent negotiation skill
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skills
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English
∎ Computing Skills
