  • Comfortable with tools like Foreplay.io, Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Library, and Keyword Searching.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to find patterns others miss

  • Organized — you know how to collect, name, and tag ideas for easy reference

  • A team player who thrives in creative environments

  • Quality and relevance of research insights shared with the creative team

  • Number of high-performing ad ideas inspired by your findings

  • Consistency in tracking, organizing, and presenting research data

  • Contribution to improved ad performance (CTR, MER, ROAS)

  • Experience in a creative, marketing, or research role

  • Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)

  • Familiarity with Motion, Notion, or similar creative management tools

  • Interest in DTC or performance marketing brands



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Researching and analyzing ads across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms

  • Finding winning creatives, hooks, and messaging angles from Foreplay.io and competitor brands

  • Collecting and categorize top-performing ads based on industries, formats, and messaging styles

  • Monitoring ad trends, creative formats, and platform updates to guide the team

  • Identifying emerging patterns in ad copy, video storytelling, and visual design

  • Researching content ideas for brand Facebook pages (posts, visuals, engagement trends)

  • Preparing organized reports, slides, or boards (via Google Sheets) for the Creative Strategist

  • Working closely with the Creative Team and Copywriter to fuel ideation and testing
