Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
∎ Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, social media experts, and project managers to deliver multiple projects
∎ Create and implement customized marketing plans and ideas based on client requirements.
∎ Evaluate new trends and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technique.
∎ Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short-term and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with team.
∎ Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements and assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Develop well-crafted copy that meet clients' requirements.
∎ Lead brainstorming meetings and creative sessions, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
∎ Supervise the daily workflow, assign project workload, monitor deadlines and budgets & need to make decisions on final copy, final art, finished commercials, etc. developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
∎ Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
∎ Monitor marketing mix and results by coordinating tracking actions and improve marketing quality results by evaluating, and re-designing creative processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years' experience in a renowned agency, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies is must.
∎ Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative supervisor role.
∎ Exceptional follow up and communication skills
∎ Competence in creating marketing/advertising campaigns- from developing vision to overseeing production within time and budget.
∎ Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, multimedia, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields will be considered an asset.
∎ A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices as well as excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
∎ Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
