• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably with exposure to English medium schools or English language programs.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and early years pedagogy.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in technology and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Training or certification in Early Childhood Education and/or Cambridge curriculum is a plus.
• Previous experience teaching at the preschool level, particularly with the Cambridge curriculum, is preferred (2 to 3 years).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):English Medium School, Pre School, EdTech.
• Full time office for coordinator.
• Online teacher must be part time remotely.

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified teachers and course coordinators for Playgroup and Nursery levels who can deliver high-quality instruction following the Cambridge curriculum. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Online classes for Per Primary Section (Playgroup & Nursery).
• Planning lessons collaboratively with coordinator other teachers.
• Ensuring that all students are attending the class.
• Maintaining proper discipline with fun activities in the classroom.
• Using a wide variety of appropriate teaching strategies.
• Planning appropriate differential learning systems to meet the disparate needs of students of varying aptitude.
• Using a wide range of teaching resources including educational software (Mojaru LMS).
• Maintaining an organized, orderly working environment.
• Promoting an independent, inquiry based learning.
• Promoting high standards of achievement.
• Doing the correction work thoroughly and on a regular basis.
• Entering all the marks of assignments, Homework, Tests, Exams in the LMS System.
• Preparing teaching materials, question papers and sample papers for students & any other work assigned by the Coordinator.
• Writing reports of students regarding their academic progress.
• Communicating with parents through the student's diary or Front Desk regarding the academic related matters of the students.
• Doing remedial teaching and remedial work for weak students to bring them up to the expected standard.
• Working as a team player.
• Being a good ambassador of Mojaru. 
• Any other duties as assigned by Mojaru.
• Design and implement curriculum plans based on the Cambridge framework.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Provide guidance and training to educators on teaching methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure that the program maintains high-quality standards for early childhood education.
• Monitor student progress and offer strategies for improvement.
• Foster strong communication with parents to support their child’s learning journey.
• Working as a team player.
• Being a good ambassador of Mojaru. 
• Any other duties as assigned by Mojaru.
• Ensure creative course development from time to time
