∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Familiarity with various programming methodologies and techniques.
∎ O/ A level is preferable. (for Kids English Courses)
∎ Sound knowledge of phonics and IPA symbols. (for Kids English Courses)
∎ The candidate must have sound technological knowledge, especially in Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Office software.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Curriculum Development: Develop and implement an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for our courses for children.
∎ Teacher Training: Train and mentor teachers on effective teaching methodologies and techniques for teaching various courses to children.
∎ Course Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of various courses, including scheduling, class assignments, and progress tracking.
∎ Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents.
∎ Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress.
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the spoken English courses by monitoring teacher performance and student outcomes.
∎ Marketing and Enrollment: Assist in marketing and enrollment efforts for the courses.
