Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers to plan course schedules, objectives, and content delivery methods.
∎ Assist participants with enrollment, orientation, and provide ongoing support throughout the course duration.
∎ Collect and analyze course feedback from participants and instructors to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
∎ Maintain open and regular communication with instructors, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and information flow.
∎ Manage course budgets, procurement of materials, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
∎ Ensure course content and delivery align with organizational quality standards and educational objectives.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to course delivery.
