∎ Counsel students regarding study in JAPAN.Counsel students regarding Language programme and universities, program selection, and career planning·
∎ Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines·
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents·
∎ Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager·
∎ Receive client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance·
∎ Maintain a proper database of students counselled, and applications sent to abroad·
∎ Coordinating the Application Team (Admission, Compliance, Payment, Visa Application lodgment) Work in a team to ensure the best client service.
∎ Maintaining regular communication with the assigned client group.
