- সুন্দর ও সাবলীলভাবে শুদ্ধ ভাষায় প্রমিত বাংলায় কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকা আবশ্যক।
- কাস্টমার কাউন্সিলিং অনলাইন কল রিসিভ ,সার্ভিস তথ্য সরবরাহ করায় পারদর্শী।
- কম্পিউটারে ব্যবহারে পূর্ণ দক্ষতা।
