Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Counselling Psychology

• Recognized degree in Psychology or Counselling.
• Membership in BECPS (preferred) or another credible international professional body.
• Verified practical experience and supervision in adult counselling.
• Optional: BMDC registration for clinical psychologists.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with adult clients.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and cultural awareness.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Counsellor / Psychologist (Adult Counselling) to provide professional psychological support to adults.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with adult clients and a genuine passion for reducing stigma and promoting mental well-being in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling and psychological support to adult clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of sessions.
• Collaborate with RDF’s wider programmes to integrate mental health support into community services.
• Engage in supervision and continuous professional development.
• Promote mental health awareness and help normalise psychological care.
