Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are currently seeking highly motivated Counsellors for overseeing Monash operations in Bangladesh. The Counsellor's responsibility will be as follows:
∎ Generating and shortlisting hot leads from referrals, calls and walk-in students.
∎ Providing very high-quality counselling for prospective students.
∎ Driving student application volumes and ensuring the highest standards of student counselling satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring intensive understanding of Monash programs and stellar ability to communicate details of these programs to prospective students.
∎ Assisting students with details of documentation required for scholarships, loan applications and other supportive financial programs.
∎ Participating in online and offline volume-generating events in coordination with activation and marketing teams.
∎ Establishing Monash as the premier choice in Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent command over English, smart personality, and above 2 years' experience in either international student admission/recruitment firms or international universities' admission departments.
