Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
∎ Certification in Immigration Consultancy or related training

∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visa processing or immigration services, with a focus on the USA, UK, and European countries.
∎ Strong understanding of visa regulations, embassy procedures, and documentation standards.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
∎ High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and online application portals.
∎ Experience using CRM or visa processing software.
∎ Prior work experience in a consultancy, travel agency, or international education firm.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle visa application processes for the USA, UK, and Schengen/European countries.
∎ Provide accurate guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, fees, and processing times.
∎ Review and verify submitted documents for completeness and compliance with respective embassy/consulate requirements.
∎ Fill out and submit visa application forms online and schedule appointments with embassies or visa centers.
∎ Liaise with consulates, embassies, and visa application centers to track and follow up on applications.
∎ Maintain a database of current immigration rules, policy changes, and documentation requirements.
∎ Educate clients about interview protocols and prepare them for visa interviews.
∎ Ensure all applications are filed within deadlines with proper documentation and follow-up.
∎ Resolve client issues and queries promptly and professionally.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and safeguard personal client data at all times.
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Processing Officer with specialized knowledge in processing visa applications for the USA, UK, and European countries.
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end handling of student, visitor, work, and immigration visa applications, ensuring compliance with each country’s requirements and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
