Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert advice on USA & UK visa application processes, requirements, and documentation.
∎ Assist clients in selecting the most suitable visa category based on their purpose of travel.
∎ Guide applicants in filling visa application forms (DS-160 for USA, UK Visa Application Form, etc.).
∎ Review and verify supporting documents such as financial statements, sponsorship letters, and invitation letters.
∎ Conduct mock visa interviews to prepare applicants for USA & UK visa appointments.
∎ Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and any changes in visa procedures for the USA & UK.
∎ Schedule visa appointments and assist clients in preparing for biometric submissions and interviews.
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers (VACs) for smooth processing. Address client queries regarding visa rejections, administrative processing, and appeal options.
∎ Maintain accurate records of visa applications, client interactions, and application progress.
∎ Provide pre-departure guidance to visa-approved clients, covering travel restrictions, arrival procedures, and settlement support.
∎ We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Counseling Officer specializing in USA & UK visa processing. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients on student, work, tourist, and other visa categories for the USA and UK. The role requires a strong understanding of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and application procedures to ensure a seamless and successful visa process for clients.
