Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and control profit/loss of the project and take responsibility for monitoring/ controlling the project costs by collecting/ordering project cost data and the like.
∎ Negotiation, Reporting, and Coordination with Relevant Parties Report the actual progress against the execution plan and forces of the profit and cost of the project to Project Control Manager (PCM). As to the current profit level and forecast, through PCM, report to and consult the relevant parties of JFEE head office.
∎ Together with the disciplines of the project (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Schedule), monitor and forecast the project costs and payments.
∎ Monitor and control the costs of the project (establish cost WBS, prepare project budget for implementation, monitor and control profit of the project, etc.). Prepare project cost control procedure.
∎ Cooperate with relevant parties of the project and confirm the payment dues for progress payment and the like in accordance with the contacts and the progresses with sub-contractors
∎ Monitor and control the profit of the project, analyze project costs, collect/order equipment and materials cost data, and prepare work unit rates for various work items.
∎ Prepare project cost reports for the current project profit level and forecast against the plan, and report to Project Control Manager.
∎ Establish data acquisition and handling system required for the cost control of the project.
∎ When any differences of the project profit level or profit/loss against the project execution budget are detected or anticipated, report immediately to Project Control Manager and cooperate to investigate the cause, plan and take remedial actions.
∎ Utilizing project database, prepare various statistical data required for project operation. (Various MH accumulated, cost breakdown and country of origin of procured equipment and materials, weight of steel materials, etc.)
∎ Estimate the project cost impact for the client requests for change and/or amending contract, and through PCM, cooperate with Project Control Manager and Administration Manager to negotiate change order adjustments with the client.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have experience to prepare annual accounts and balance sheet of the Company for approval of the Board and place the same for external auditor.
∎ The incumbent should have to maintain financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Establish data acquisition and handling system required for the cost control of the project.
∎ Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ The incumbent should have to create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion as well as Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 150000 (Monthly)
