Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiating with vendor and firm the contract condition through price be negotiation.
∎ Prepare the contract documents and order to vendor time by time.
∎ Check the invoice including interim payment application from the vendors & sub-contractors by checking the contract condition.
∎ Monitor the payment status including payable balance.
∎ Maintain purchase order and contract with proper documentation.
∎ Check the vendors' financial condition.
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ Maintain procurement related documents properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Developing procurement strategies that are the inventive and cost-effective process.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers for better price/lead-time.
∎ Qualified and Experiences on Procurement department.
∎ Multi-tasking and time-management skills and prioritizing tasks.
∎ Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts.
∎ Should aware of inflation, technology failure, change in policies.
∎ Reporting to management on purchasing, controls, and processes.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated, Energetic a good Team Member.
∎ Candidate having experience in Construction & Engineering Organization ( Procurement Department) will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
