Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ More than 2 or 3 years if do not work in any travel agency before.
∎ More than 1 year experience of Travel Agency.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.*Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
∎ Prior experience in the travel industry will be highly valued. *Students are not allowed.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct door-to-door visits to travel agencies and corporate office to promote Travel Z's services and build relationships.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure sustained growth.
∎ Create and expand the client base by identifying potential business opportunities.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
∎ Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth business operations.
∎ Handle inquiries and provide clients with detailed information about Travel Z's offerings.
∎ Occasionally visit areas outside Dhaka for business purposes.
∎ Support the corporate marketing team with innovative strategies to drive business growth.
∎ Have to Expertise on Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
∎ Must have to 3 years experience of field corporate marketing.
∎ Target-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Workplace:
∎ Field Visit: 80%
∎ Office Work: 20%
∎ Office Time : (09.30 A.M– 07:30 P.M)
