Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Real life experience/ project portfolio on IT infrastructure solution base project.
∎ Drive sales for ICT products including hardware (Laptop, Brand PCs, servers, networking), software (licenses, security), and Pro AV solution related services.
∎ Identify and develop new corporate accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
∎ Oversee overall Uttara territory/ corporate business activities including inventory, logistics, staffing, and administration.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
∎ Coordinate with head office sales & product management team for stock availability, promotions, and market development.
∎ Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery, and support terms.
∎ Provide training and performance reviews for continuous team development.
∎ Lead and motivate the branch team including sales executives, support staff, and logistics personnel.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, inventory status, sales targets, and client feedback.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
∎ Sales & Business Development
