Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of "Coordinator - Training Program Management" to join our experienced team of professionals. It is a leadership position. S/he will lead the training program management of the organization.
∎ The prime objective of the position is to assess the business opportunity in the field of training/capacity building by scanning market demand in the private, public, and development sectors of the national and international arenas by utilizing the firm`s internal and external resources. The person will be responsible for ordaining the planning, development, and implementation of various training/capacity-building programs in collaboration with team members.
∎ The person will work under the direct supervision of the Managing Partner and in collaboration with the members of other divisions of DM WATCH.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the thematic areas and activities of DM WATCH
∎ Conduct market assessment to understand the current market demand and identify the scope and opportunities of capacity building
∎ Prepare strategic plan and action plan for capacity building division
∎ Design different capacity development program in collaboration with different divisions
∎ Develop a marketing and branding strategy of the capacity building division in collaboration with the communication and business development team.
∎ Conduct training needs assessment and develops training module with support from experts.
∎ Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of a pool of trainers, facilitators and, participants
∎ Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all training and development activities are strategically linked to the established mission and vision of DM WATCH
∎ Participate in government and non-government tenders, including proposal and EOI submissions for specific training opportunities
∎ Execute the awarded and developed training program by ensuring the standard operating procedure
∎ Regular duties & responsibilities -
∎ Seeking new business opportunities in the capacity-building field at a national and international scale
∎ Monitor training program to ensure the training sessions are being delivered on time maintaining promised quality
∎ Prepare the training completion report with lessons learned and update the program for the next event
∎ Study and stay up-to-date on modern training methods and techniques
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in capacity development in any national or international organization
∎ Should demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication
∎ Should have advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Should have the ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Should be a self-starter and have the ability to lead a team
Salary: Tk. 85000 - 110000 (Monthly)
