∎ Fluency in Hindi Speaking

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Schedule and coordinate client care services based on client needs and caregiver availability.
∎ Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
∎ Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
∎ Ensure effective communication with all relevant departments for cases.
∎ Other duties will be assigned or as necessary.
∎ Coordinator (Night Shift-6pm to 3am)
