∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Candidates with CA CC will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely financial transaction recording and maintain general ledger keeping account books and systems up to date.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of accounting software
∎ Developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks.
∎ Providing monthly management reports including statement of financial positions and financial performance with actionable insights to help the business grow
∎ Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.
∎ Evaluating and analyzing feasibility of business plans/model submitted for challenge fund grants.
∎ Facilitating various internal and external audit and compliance review
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance (VAT, Tax and RJSC related activities)
∎ Preparation of budget and financial forecast for various grantee under challenge fund
∎ Preparation of budget variance report
∎ Analyzing key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning.
∎ Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
∎ Overseeing accounting procedures and supervising junior staffs
∎ Any other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
