Content Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own the planning and creation of all the communications content such as newsletters, feature articles, social media posts, events and employee engagement initiatives like mailers, videos, etc.
∎ Research, write and edit copy for 360-degree communications including but not limited to print and online articles, newsletters, videos, webinars, infographics, white papers, case studies, blog posts, website content, and and deliver high-quality, engaging content to promote and position the company and its people
∎ Create persuasive messages and compelling stories that inform, entertain, inspire, and engage end-users, while also generating brand loyalty
∎ Collaborate with design, digital, search, and other teams to develop compelling content plans, posters, videos, SM posts, web banners, infographics, etc.
∎ Interview subject matter experts on a variety of topics and translate that information into captivating and concrete storytelling
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all content (style, fonts, images, and tone)
∎ Write engaging, crisp, and grammatically correct content
∎ Own all copy-related activities and processes, including final proofreading and approval
∎ Think strategically and participate in creative conceptualizing in a wide range of media, beyond the "what is" into the realm of "what can be" and develop creative concepts and scripts
∎ Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of organization needs, the stakeholder experience, marketing strategy, and operational capabilities
∎ Comfortable working with ambiguity
∎ Adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
∎ Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
∎ Able to work under high pressure and deliver against tight timelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years content management experience in any leading agency or corporate setting with samples of work as proof
∎ Experience in the field of study abroad counseling would be a plus
∎ A creative mindset
∎ A self-starter and a go-getter
∎ Ability to write varied content for varied target audiences
∎ Exceptional writing, interviewing, and research skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
∎ Persuasive presentation and storytelling skills
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills and great attention to detail and ability to work with other teams at all levels of the organization
∎ Understanding of web analytics and data-driven decision making
∎ Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude
