∎ Should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Education Counseling, Student Counselling
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle student admission processes for International study destinations, effectively addressing their queries regarding studying abroad and providing comprehensive counseling with an end-to-end solution
∎ Attain a complete understanding of students' eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Country, Course, and University/College, Program Selection and Career Planning
∎ Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admission and visa documentation and other mandatory requirements
∎ Responsible for handling all aspects of the admission process including case filing with the university; updating the students through regular communication, visa application filing and address to any student query
∎ Follow up for admissions with the universities as well as students/parents
∎ Update student applications accurately and ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and traveling are done within deadlines
∎ Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise for studetns when they are abroad Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution
∎ Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities
∎ Provide good after-sales service to have a high parent/ student referral source
∎ Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions and organizatoins
∎ Attend and serve partner institutions upon their visits to the office
∎ Aid in organizing and implementing promotional activities and educational exhibitions
∎ Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students
∎ Stay up-to-date with competitor movements and ensure team members are aligned with the changing market dynamics
∎ Work on in-house tools and CRMs for timely reporting and analytics
∎ Be a team worker. Should be able to train the team and lead them accordingly upon managing the students and counsel them through the entire process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have effective convincing and selling skills
∎ Excellent Communication skills in English and Bengali. Effective interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with the students/clients
∎ Comfortable working with Customer Relationship Management tools
∎ Responsible and motivated to give the best of his/her abilities
∎ Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to time-lines and achieve targets
∎ Candidates having English Medium Background and/or Foreign University Degrees are highly encouraged to apply
