Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales calls to potential leads.
∎ Handle visitor and client query in a friendly and professional manner.
∎ Response social media based customer queries in time.
∎ Collect market information and prepare report according to the data.
∎ Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in prescribed format.
∎ Assist IELTS Wing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Call Center work experience will get preference.
∎ Candidates who appeared for IELTS exam will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
