Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Fashion Design) from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and plan for TAAGA and TAAGAMAN designs, develop youth design concepts on a seasonal/ events basis, and execution of design planning through coordinating with different stakeholders
∎ Develop the process which includes market research, mood board creation, developing design the theme, sketching, and scheduling implementation in alignment with the yearly projection
∎ Ensure youth trend research, sketching, fabric selection, and interfacing for the right products
∎ Manage design processes to ensure timely delivery of designs as per production planning
∎ Visualize and determine strategic direction for in-time design and production in conjunction with supply chain departments and production management units/parties
∎ Supervise TAAGA and TAAGAMAN photoshoots for different seasons and campaigns aligned with marketing and branding plans to enhance brand image

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Fashion/ Product design
∎ Knowledge of fabric, patterns, embroideries, dye, and prints
∎ Ability to anticipate change in fashion trends for fashion forecasting
∎ Sense of style, fashion, fabric, color, and technical aspects
∎ Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools
∎ Analytical ability, creativity for innovative design and conceptualization

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Gross salary will be BDT 3,00,000/- (Negotiable)
∎ Festival Bonus, Performance Bonus, Full-time car, Health and Life insurance
