Experience:

• At least 6 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
• Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)
• Doctor of Medicine (MD)

• At least 6 years

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum Five years experience in NICU management.

• Ensure quality services in NICU, OPD, IPD, and Emergency as required.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in children.

• Provide care for critically ill newborns and children.

• Manage complex medical conditions, including genetic disorders, neurological issues, and metabolic diseases.

• Perform and oversee pediatric procedures such as intubation, lumbar punctures, and resuscitation.

• Counsel parents on child health, nutrition, and developmental concerns.

• Address sensitive issues such as palliative care, congenital disabilities, and complex treatment choices.

• Leading the care of critically ill and premature neonates in the NICU.

• Diagnosing and managing complex neonatal conditions, including respiratory distress, infections, metabolic disorders, and congenital anomalies.

• Performing life-saving procedures such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, umbilical line insertion, and chest tube placement.

• Leading the NICU medical team, including junior doctors, neonatal nurses, and allied health professionals.

• Communicating effectively with parents and families regarding their baby`s condition, treatment plan, and prognosis.

• Providing emotional support and counseling to families dealing with critical neonatal conditions.

• Managing NICU resources, including staffing, equipment, and neonatal transport services.
