Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostics to evaluate orthopedic and trauma-related conditions, including fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, congenital deformities, and degenerative conditions.
Develop and implement treatment plans, which may involve surgical interventions, rehabilitation, and non-surgical therapies (e.g., physiotherapy, medications).
Provide emergency treatment for trauma patients, including fracture management, dislocations, and soft tissue injuries.
Monitor recovery and manage post-operative complications, ensuring optimal healing and rehabilitation.
Carry out both elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacements, fracture fixation, ligament reconstructions, spinal surgeries, and trauma-related procedures.
Educate patients on the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of treatments and surgical procedures.
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients, especially in complex cases or post-trauma recovery.
