Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Job Location and nature: Based in Dhaka
∎ Employment Status: Full-time/Part-time/hybrid/permanent or contractual based on the suitability of the candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Staying current with student admission processes in abroad, admission requirements, academic programs, majors, and courses, and developments in education and financial aid
∎ Conducting interviews, reviewing application materials, and assisting in the admissions decision-making process
∎ Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources
∎ Counselling students proactively for their foreign education and admission processing, so that they can make an informed decision.
∎ Providing accurate information to the students about tuition fees, course duration, accommodations, and admission-related issues.
∎ Consulting students face to face, phone calls, email, text message, etc.
∎ Assessing applicants academic background and intention to study abroad.
∎ Discussing Student options at the lead stage based on their financial suitability.
∎ Guiding students for credible interviews.
∎ Ability to handle targets and work with the conversion team to reach and exceed goals.
∎ Understanding entry requirements of studying in universities, and colleges in different countries.
∎ Providing assistance to the students in drafting the resume, and scholarship essays and Visa.
∎ Checking the documents of the students and provide them guidance in arranging documents.
∎ Highlighting the benefits of specific schools, programs, and courses to attract students and encourage diversity on campus.
∎ Helping students choose courses and extracurricular activities that will help them get into their chosen university or colleges admission or careers after graduation.
∎ Creating and maintaining an excellent personal relationship with clients and peer group.
∎ Advising the students on their problems and helping them to resolve them.
∎ Helping the students understand their skill sets and providing them with ways to utilize them.
∎ Maintaining Facebook Page & answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls.
∎ Developing new relationships with the university/colleges and School Medium School to grow business and aid expansion efforts.
∎ Arranging workshop(s) and Seminars on Students Admissions and career path.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Deserve Candidate:
∎ The incumbent must possess professional attitude who takes pride in his/her work.
∎ Performs well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines.
∎ Comfortable working with students, parents while providing excellent customer service.
∎ Excellent written and spoken communication skills and must be detail oriented.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as part of a growing team.
∎ Experience and other skills required:
∎ Candidates must have at least one year of work experience in the education consultancy firm.
∎ The candidate must have wide knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing a Statement of purpose (SOP) and admission procedure of different foreign universities.
∎ Ability to work within a team and follow the instruction of the Senior Management and Board.
∎ Understanding the different admission policies of our competitors, partners, and other universities
∎ Preference will be given to the candidate having IELTS Band 6.0 or English Medium qualification.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on experiences, skills and past achievement(s).

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Commission: reference fees per student admitted.
