Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet with CCP to understand the parameters of our grant with UNICEF and the expectations for this work.
∎ Gather, review and analyze key documentation, research reports, and existing modules including UNICEF training manuals to better understand the context and expectations.
∎ Develop and submit a workplan for assignment, including specific duties, specific dates within assigned timeline.
∎ Meet with key organizations doing similar training and conduct a desk review on the available materials.
∎ Discuss with UNICEF, CCP and training participants to better understand potential needs.
∎ Develop and submit to CCP and the international consultant a module outline for a 2-day training program on peace building and social cohesion (to include the aim, objectives, key messages, and key methods).
∎ Incorporate feedback and based on final agreed upon outline, develop draft module and share with CCP and UNICEF for feedback.
∎ Incorporate feedback into a final draft that includes the curriculum outline, session plans and necessary materials (handouts for participants, materials needed in delivery of training).
∎ Ensure context-responsive content is incorporated into the module, including relevant case-studies and examples.
∎ Ensure that the module is highly interactive and uses participatory learning methods.
∎ Inception and situation analysis report
∎ Training module with session plan and methodology along with necessary PowerPoint presentations as instructed by the reporting manager
∎ Final report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years' experience of relevant work, e.g., humanitarian crisis and Rohingya response, capacity building, social cohesion, peacebuilding, human rights, conflict resolution
∎ Excellent Bengali oral and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in spoken English
∎ Professionalism and ability to meet deadlines
∎ Versatile, flexible, easy-going mindset to adapt and integrate inputs from different stakeholders
∎ An ability to build relations with individuals and groups across different identities
∎ Basic computer literacy
∎ Experience in developing training modules on peace building and social cohesion.
∎ Experience in delivering training workshops for diverse audiences.
∎ A strong knowledge of Rohingya refugee and humanitarian crisis, specifically, development, politics, history, society, and conflict issues.
∎ Excellent written and oral skills in Bangla and English.
