∎ EQMS is an approved organization of Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments (DIFE), under Ministry of Industry, for compliance to the requirements (Detailed Structural Assessment, Fire and Electrical Safety Assessment, Pressure vessel and lifting Equipment certification) of Bangladesh Labour Rule 2015.
∎ ELRC provides expertise services for Environmental Inspection and Testing both in-Situ and in Laboratory from 2002. ELRC is ISO/IEC 17020:2012 & ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory - the one and only its type in Bangladesh.

∎ EQMS - Bangladesh consist of 12 different departments of which Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation Department (EBD) consist of skilled biologist from multidisciplinary educational and professional background. EQMS` Ecologist team has vast experience to work with both diversified wildlife species including dolphin, birds, fish, microorganism, Asian elephant, Bengal tiger etc., and in habitat like forest, mangrove, swamp, oxbow lake etc. The EQMS` Ecology team has conducted significant ecological study and monitoring.

∎ Biodiversity Management and Action Plan
∎ Ecological Impact Assessment
∎ Fish and Fisheries Diversity and Composition Analysis
∎ Dolphin Survey
∎ Vegetation Attributes Analysis
∎ Population Ecology
∎ Bat and Bird Survey for Wind Projects
∎ Turtle and Tortoise Survey
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ecological survey design and methodology development
∎ Conduct different ecological survey;
∎ Field Data/ sample collection and analysis;
∎ Assist to report writing;
∎ Attain Client meeting;
∎ Communication with International and local consultants/ experts;
∎ Willing to participate in frequent field visit;
∎ Regular field visit as per organization requirement; and
∎ Undertake any other tasks that may be assigned as and when deemed necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher can also apply.
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s) Experiences in the related field for the Post "Consultant".
∎ Though fresher can apply however at least 1 year(s) related field experiences will be preferable for the Post "Assistant Consultant".
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge on SPSS, MS Excel & Office and internet browsing;
∎ Good knowledge of IFC Performance Standards, ADB Safeguard Policies.
∎ Excellent report writing and communication skills, ability to manage large amounts of data, can be analytical with attention to detail
∎ Experience with statistical analysis of large data sets.
∎ Should be workable under pressure and responsibility; and Should be a good team player;
Salary:
∎ Starting from 420,000 to 750,000 per annum.
