Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)

• Diploma in Anesthesia (DA)

• At least 5 years

• Age 28 to 45 years

• Minimum five years experience in ICU management.

• Oversee the care of critically ill patients in the ICU, including managing patients with life-threatening.
• Manage mechanical ventilation and other advanced respiratory support techniques.
• Provide anesthesia for emergency surgical or diagnostic procedures for ICU patients when required.
• Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial line insertion, bronchoscopy, and bedside ultrasound for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
• Lead multidisciplinary rounds, coordinating care with intensivists, surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide updates and counseling to families about the patient’s condition, treatment options, and prognosis.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in anesthesiology and critical care through research, conferences, and professional development.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of ICU protocols, guidelines, and policies to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Participate in or lead clinical research in areas related to anesthesiology and critical care.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies or techniques in ICU care and anesthesiology.
