∎ Skills Required: Computer Operator

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): data entry operator
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ To follow up after sales service-related email and replying the email from customers
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
∎ Standard Typing Speed both in Bangla & English
∎ Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, & Photoshop.
∎ Manage all types of personal accounts of Managing Director.
∎ Regular reporting to Management
∎ Any other task assigns by management
∎ Assists with other departments as necessary,
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other services

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must be well known & Expert about computer, like as Microsoft word, Excel, Photoshop
∎ Good drafting skill Bengali & English
∎ Ability to write business letter & Others.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Ability to understand field officers and convince them accordingly

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
