Job Context:
∎ GMG Trading Pvt Ltd. (RL-490) is looking for a "Computer Operator" who has knowledge and experience of work on Documentation/ Data Entry/ Computer Operator and has very good typing skills in Bangla & English with sound knowledge of Graphics design, Computer trouble sorting, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
∎ ***Office Working Hours: 10 AM to 9 PM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Secretarial Functions (Official Letter writing, File Management, Office Tasks, etc.)
∎ Prepare, Maintain & file various documents in Office Register (Passport, Visa, etc.)
∎ Documentation, File Scanning, Data Managing on the system (RAMS-Management Software, Excel & Word)
∎ Responsible for receiving & dispatching letters, messages, and documents by keeping Register records.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions with an appropriate and professional attitude.
∎ Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
∎ Providing customer service, in order to portray a positive image of the company.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Typing speed at least 50+ words per minute (Both Bangla and English).
∎ IT knowledge (Printer, Scanner, Computer Problem solving, Photo Copier, and good knowledge of email).
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Capable of operating Web Sites, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Customer Support, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Graphic Designer

Salary: Negotiable
