Responsibilities & Context:
• ইনভয়েস, প্যাকিং লিস্ট এবং শিপিং ডকুমেন্ট প্রস্তুত নিশ্চিত করা।
• কমার্শিয়াল রেকর্ড, ট্রেড ফাইল এবং বায়ার যোগাযোগ ডিজিটালভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও আপডেট রাখা।
• হিসাব ও লজিস্টিক্স দলের সাথে সমন্বয় করে সময়মতো কাগজপত্র প্রসেস নিশ্চিত করা।
• MS Excel-এ সঠিকভাবে ডেটা এন্ট্রি করা।
• বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে মেইল, রিপোর্ট এবং ব্যবসায়িক চিঠি তৈরি ও ফরম্যাট করা।
• কমার্শিয়াল ফাইল স্ক্যান, সংরক্ষণ ও আর্কাইভ করা।
• কমার্শিয়াল দলের দৈনন্দিন অফিস কার্যে সহায়তা করা।
