Responsibilities & Context:
Operate computers and office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
Type letters, reports, and documents accurately and neatly.
Input, update, and manage data in company databases or spreadsheets.
Print, scan, photocopy, and prepare documents when required.
Maintain computer files and folders in an organized way.
Check and troubleshoot basic computer problems such as printing errors, software issues, or slow performance.
Assist in preparing reports by collecting and arranging necessary information.
Ensure proper backup of important data and protect files from loss.
Maintain office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Handle email communication and send documents or information as instructed.
Maintain confidentiality of all office documents and data.
Support office staff by providing computer and software-related help.
Prepare daily or weekly reports as assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all tasks.
Follow office rules, procedures, and work schedules properly.
