Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, E-commerce

• Bachelor/Honors

• For graphic design experts, the educational qualification HSC pass will be consider.

• Must be proficient in Bangla typing.

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of data entry, Internet browsing, MS Word and MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Candidate should have great computer composing speed (Bengali-20 wpm, English-30wpm).

• Smart, presentable, energetic, excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

• Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
