Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listening and understanding of customer's complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers especially in C&F issues.
∎ To follow up after sales service-related email and replying the email from customers
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority
∎ To handle customer with effective communication skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge Photoshop and illustrator.
∎ Should have experience of 1-2 years year in any reputed organizations in Computer operator.
∎ Chottogram Division Residential areas will get preference
∎ Verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Commercial awareness
∎ Well experienced in MS Word & MS Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
