Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association for Community Education (BACE) is a Non-govt. organization established in 1977 working at different districts of Bangladesh. BACE has been operating seven vocational training centers in different districts of Bangladesh.
∎ BACE is searching for a Computer Instructor for its Deawangonj Training center at Jamalpur district. The Instructor will be responsible for running, supervising and overall management of Computer Trade.
∎ Job station: Dewangonj upazila of Jamalpur district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will manage and run the computer office application trade.
∎ S/he will look after the advertisement on student admission as per BACE policies and report to the project manager.
∎ S/he will help to project manager to maintain liaison with BTEB and ensure of course accreditation in BTEB.
∎ S/he will be expert on Computer Office application, Email, Internet, Graphic design, Outsourcing, Photo & Video Editing.
∎ S/he will provide technical support to the student to ensure a high standard on computer based knowledge and prepare the student as professional computer operator.
∎ S/he will maintain student attendance and prepare teaching learning materials for student. Facilitate BTEB admission and conduct trainings and develop training manual. Ensure to develop income generating activities from the computer trade.
∎ S/he will help to prepare report on project activities as per need for BACE Head Office.
∎ Have to frequently home visit of student.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the running Professional Training Center on Computer Trade at project site along with a sustainable business standard.
∎ Experience in preparation teaching learning materials and student supervision.
∎ Expertise on computer hardware and software.
∎ Good maintenance skill on computer & printer.
∎ Experience in student handling and class room management.
∎ Experience in online student registration process with BTEB
∎ Candidate have excellent motivational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Willing to frequently student home visit.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
