∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BB inspection reports, external audit reports.
∎ Make correspondences and obtain compliance reports from relevant divisions / branches/ departments within stipulated time.
∎ Prepare and follow up irregularities / lapses of audit / inspection reports and take corrective measures.
∎ Obtain copies of supporting documents / papers / evidence, if felt necessary, as proof of compliance
∎ Send compliance reports to competent authority / regulatory body, branches and divisions in due time.
∎ Prepare all Memos for Audit Committee, Executive Committee & Board of Directors relating to compliance issues of the Regulators.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-8 years' experience in Bank
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply
∎ Candidates having break of services need not apply
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on Banking rules & regulation.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Ability to deal and work in a diverse team.
