Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation in Finance, English, Law, and Public Relation from public university or Chartered Secretaries Accounting from ICSB.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange Annual General Meeting (AGM), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM), and Board Meetings.
∎ Liaison with govt. an organization like the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, BMET, and arrange documentation in accordance with their requirements.
∎ Prepare and serve Notice of Meetings.
∎ To prepare minutes of the meeting timely and correctly.
∎ Ensure smooth running of the Association's activities by assisting President to set agendas, preparing papers, and presenting papers to the Executive Committee or Board.
∎ Prepare and serve Companies/Associations' working papers for Board Meetings.
∎ Attend board meetings, ensure all meetings minutes accurately reflect the views of the Board.
∎ To act as a primary point of contact and source advice and guidance for Members as regards the Company and its legal activities to support the decision-making process.
∎ Assist in preparation of contracts and agreements as may be required which may also include liaison with legal counsel.
∎ Prepare and circulate Annual Calendar of board and committee meetings and other key dates.
∎ Keep proper records of AGM, EGM, Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, resolution, RJSC's documents, meeting minutes, and all business letters, notices, and other official publications issued by the Company Secretariat.
∎ Ensure the Company complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association and, drafting and incorporating amendments following correct procedures.
∎ Organize and maintain a database of the company's contracts and agreements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 to 15 years' experience is needed in a relevant field as a company secretary.
∎ Retired Govt. officer, Retired additional director or deputy director of any govt. regulatory authority will get preference.
∎ Must be fluent in spoken and writing English.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Bangladesh company act 1994.
∎ Must have a good typing speed in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be technological savvy like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Article of Association and Memorandum of Article.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Depends on experience and education
