∎ Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs); maintaining statutory books& reports, compliance reporting with BSEC, DSE, CSE, BOI, Other local authority.
∎ To maintain administration documents, monitoring day to day overall activity on company affairs, commercial correspondence, follow-up all legal matters including tax, VAT, Bank & other organization.
