Educational Requirements:
∎ Education minimum SSC passed but any person who completed HSC will be given preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create awareness on TB, Malaria, HIV programme and COVID-19 related activities in Community
∎ Identify TB presumptive, Malaria suspects and COVID-19 presumptive in respective working areas.
∎ Identify TB patients with high-risk behavior for HIV and refer them for screening
∎ Refer COVID-19 presumptive to nearest diagnosis center for COVID-19 test.
∎ Refer regularly, TB presumptive cases to nearest laboratory for early diagnosis and prompt management
∎ Responsible for organizing 12 sputum collection camp/ centers per month and transport sputum to adjacent GeneXpert site or lab
∎ Support active case findings to increase case notification and treatment of TB patients.
∎ Ensure DOT through follow up of TB patients and the DOT providers
∎ Maintain proper recording and reporting using different registers and formats
∎ Mobilize household contacts of bacteriologically confirmed patients for TB preventive therapy (TPT)
∎ Responsible for implementation of TB, Malaria, HIV and COVID-19 related activities in coordination with govt. field staffs.
∎ This position will be reportable to the TB Supervisor/ M & E officer/ project manager of NGO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to work with government field staffs
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Good oral and written communication skill
∎ Maintain regular coordination with related stakeholders
∎ Assist in different monitoring visits
∎ Ensure proper recording and reporting.
Salary: Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
