- Strong understanding of international trade, shipping procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

The Commercial Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing commercial activities related to sourcing, production, and delivery. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial documentation, including invoices, LC (Letter of Credit) handling, shipping documents, and contracts.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure timely order placement and delivery.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and pricing analyses for different product lines.
- Collaborate with the merchandising, logistics, and finance teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide insights.
- Assist in resolving any commercial or logistical issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
