Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support for hot beverage systems, including monitoring and maintaining machinery, and assisting with the development of AVM and beverage systems.
∎ Commission and capitalize assets, track asset movements to customers, and allocate assets accordingly.
∎ Maintain stock levels and review stock movements for equipment and parts; manage the purchasing of spare parts for equipment.
∎ Oversee the delivery and installation of equipment.Monitor the usage of spare parts.
∎ Ensure the exclusive use of Smith’s products.
∎ Conduct random visits to key customers to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
