∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ He should have sound knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, Sales, and outlet operation.
∎ Product knowledge especially sweetmeat and related products.
∎ He has to find out ways of increasing outlet revenue, agree on a plan with the Store/outlet In Charge and Monitor Execution to take corrective measures for any deviation.
∎ He has to have a wastage minimization target with a zero-wastage goal.
∎ He should be the custodian of data design, interpretation, and data-based management decisions.
∎ He should be responsible for the forecasting of each outlet under his Cluster.
∎ He should be the responsible person for recruiting, developing, retaining, and retrenching people in his cluster.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase revenue to ensure disruptive growth.
∎ Reduce wastage with a clear product, customer, and forecasting plan.
∎ Inspire the team to ensure better retention.
∎ Ability to train team members on key result areas (KRA).
∎ Ability to generate data and make information-based decisions.
∎ Capability to report issues higher up for driving timely solutions.
∎ Generate new sales and operational ideas and implement them for better results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commensurate with the market.
